I do Valued Opinions as it seems to me the most lucrative and you get regular NZ centric surveys to participate in, as well as some global ones. Few dollars here and there per week soon adds up to a decent few bucks:

Also with Fly Buys you can register for Colmar Brunton surveys but honestly IMVHO it's barely worth the effort for the return, you need to spend squillions on Fly Buys to get anything worthwhile

I use Vistaprint for my business and have been pretty pleased. Be aware they print in Australia and sometimes items don't arrive - this has only happened twice and both times they are resent the order.
