Any advice on Cambridge,

Looking at work in Waikeria area, how far is Cambridge from Waikeria ?

Waikeria is about 45 minutes (by car!) southwestish

I don't live there but have family there, so have had reason to be up twice this year already. Cambridge is quite a pretty little town, much busier than we remember it being when we were young. It has several pubs and restaurants, and a small but adequate shopping centre. It's not that far from Hamilton though where there is some decent shopping and entertainment - maybe 20 mins. There's new builds and old character houses on offer, and plenty of rural property around, as it's a horsey area. It seems like a nice little community. Only about an hour to beaches, lakes and to Rotorua, glow worm caves etc.

Hopefully someone who lives there will be along to sort you out.
