Default Why I LOVE Britain

I watched my first ever episode of Britains Got Talent on Saturday night. I just HAD to do a thread for this woman as she made me laugh my socks off.
Could only happen here!! I LURRRRRRRRRRVE her.

Every curvy womans hero. Shame they put the union jacks over them!!

Someone on the panel made a comment about what the Royals would think.

We, the viewers saw union jacks superimposed but the audience must have seen something else...in which case why the comment about The Royals?

Did she have pictures of Charles or something?

Ah...the answer....the winner gets to perform at the Royal Variety show.

Loved Susan Boyle!!

I'm a London bird too and I have the hots for Simon. He can be such a pig sometimes, but you get this feeling he's putty in your hands underneath.

Sans, do you feel the same as i do regarding UK adverts? I love them! So very clever many of them and also very funny.

Couldn't let this one go.

Susan Boyle. Is she celebrated for being ugly?

I never watch these horrible voyeuristic shows where people sing for Simon Cowell's supper.
I heard that balloon Piers Morgan stating that somehow Susan Boyle had cheered people up during the recession.

That I believe is utter bollocks.

Saturday's nights are far to precious to sit in and watch shit like this.
Sadly we've being doing it since the generation Game when I was a child. Dreadful stuff!

Aah! That's better

No, not because she is ugly, but for me, because people presumed she would be rubbish as a singer because her face doesnt comply with stereotypes and she made everyone else look very stupid for doing so!!

And if i am stuck indoors on a Saturday night because i am babysitting the bubbas why shouldnt i watch something that makes me smile?

P.S. ... i am free this evening if you would like to trip the light fantastic. Can you cope with ugly, or shall i put some make up on?
