For those of us in the UK, are we able to vote in the November elections?

Probably depends on the State. You'd need to look up the voting rules for the particular State you are registered in. It has been 10 years since I left Texas to live in England so I'm pretty sure I can't vote in any of their elections.

Which country are you talking about. If New Zealand...their general election is 7th November, but because I haven't been there in the last 3 years, I am no longer eligible to vote.
