Apologies if this is the wrong sub forum, but I looked and couldnt see where else was more relevan to post?

I am a UK Citizen, my wife a US Citizen living here with me and I have a question about her filing her US tax returns while living here. She worked in the US until June 2014, then moved over to the UK in October 2015 and started employment in February of this year.

We understand she needs to fill in 1040 and 2555 form for filing her tax returns based on UK income (or lack of), but what about for the 6 months she was working in the USA in 2014?
