UK online shops that take US Credit Card/Billing Address - list?
Seems that few online shops in the UK will deliver to UK address using a US credit card and billing address. How about a list?

most will, especially if you have had past dealings in the past...though if you've never shopped abroad on your credit card, it's worth ringing them up to let them know so they don't block it
