Default Uk and Australia

Dear Friends,
Is it possible to take both UK and Australian immigration simultaneously and can i stay in both countries as and when i required. Or is there any problem taking both immigration ?

Are you trying to 'collect' residence statuses? If you do your research you may find that:

- at application state both countries may look at your intention to settle there; and
- once you have your residence you are normally expected to live in the country concerned. If you spend too much time away, you lose it.

Jeremy thanks for your reply,
Actually i want to go UK first but it's too cold out there, and luckily AU again asking me my IELTS result if i score 6 in all then there is most probality that i'll get both countries immigration. I'm belongs to IT (oralce) fields now would you please guide me which one should i choose.
