Default Tor1 form 2nd application ???

We recently moved back to the UK and completed the or1 form which was approved and we took most our belonging with us, we did think we would leave more things in Canada but now we have more things we wanted to import... my question is can we apply again for the TOR1 or amend the already approved one, these are belonging we didn't think we would need or bring but now we have a new house here the furniture really does work and I just sitting in our house in Canada .

Any insights? I tried to look online but didn't find much, thanks so much !

When you shipped your belongings the first time you would have been given a URN by your shipper so I don’t know whether it would be just a question of amending your TOR/1 (if within the 1 year) and getting another URN from the shipper. This would seem logical but then you are dealing with HMRC so who knows?

Might be best to call them and ask. They were very helpful when we asked for help.

Our daughter used the same approved ToR for 3 shipments over a period of a few months during her move to England.

It won’t hurt to ask HMRC. They were very responsive to my emails sent to nch.tor@ hmrc.gov.uk
