ToR eligibility for UK tax residents
Hello there, following a divorce in the US I have to ship Matt meagre possessions back to UK, and the new ToR form does not quite fit.
I’ve been a UK taxpayer all the way through my marriage in the US, but obv lived with my husband over in the US for a few years (commute, until I got the greencard).
Does anyone know if UK tax residency status affects the ToR relief at all?
