applied for my TOR yesterday and received the Number within 4 hours

stretched2 is an unknown quantity at this point

about TOR and temporary address, in my quickly approved application, I put my son and daughter-in-law's address with a brief statement saying I would be staying there until I found something more permanent.

And I am pretty sure it says that you have a year to register a permanent UK address.

That is exactly what our son did, put our address on the TOR as his temporary address.

It looks like his belongings will arrive and have to be stored in our garage for a short time until his house purchase is completed. (The shippers sent him an email saying that it should arrive on the 29th of this month and be delivered shortly afterwards, actual date yet to fixed).
