Default tax paid in mainland eu- transferrable to uk?

hi, silly question maybe, but worth a shot.

i'm a brit. i have paid taxes in the netherlands for ten years. i never worked in the uk as i left in my teens. do any of you know if it is possible to transfer the tax i have paid in the netherlands, to the uk tax office?

ten years of no ni contributions, for one...

Err no. I cannot even imagine what you mean by "transfer tax"?

that the tax i have paid to the netherlands could be transferred to the uk, for ni contributions etc, as both countries are in the eu and that might count for something. can you understand now? i am asking because i have no clue of how the system within the eu works, and thought somebody who has been in a similar situation might make a useful contribution.
