You should be able to use an IATA compliant pet carrier large enough for a bull dog. they come up to XXL or Giant size for dogs up to 125lbs. The main brand are Vari kennel aka Petmate and are available in north America. Ensure the back panel has air holes as those made for internal USA travel do not.

However a bull dog may be classed as a snub nose breed so the airline may require you to have a one size up larger crate than his measurements and weight require. You may need to check this with an approved vet. Have you confirmed the airline will fly the breed?

This is the UK website of a supplier with a useful 'how to measure your dog' instruction and shows sizes.

this site suggests the carrier size for breed and weight of dog.

Also Heathrow animal reception centre on acceptable crates for dogs and cats video and how to measure- go to container requirements. They are very strict.

If you want a crate made in wood maybe you can ask the vet or a pet relocation company to recommend someone locally..
