Question Taking car back

Im searching through for info on taking ones car back. I know the driver seat will be on the wrong side (Im in the USA)... I like my car, its nothing fancy, but its a convertible and Id like it back at home.... unless the hassle is not worth it.....
How is it in the UK re: insurance when you bring in an overseas vehicle... does customs ding you?

If anyone knows a link to this info that would be great...

thankyou!

Probably not worth it. You will have insurance (left-hand drive cars are more expensive to insure), shipping, servicing and spares issues to deal with. Also, second hand cars are reasonably cheap in the UK. Have a look at:

Ditto, this has been covered in a recent thread on the MBTTUK forum: http://britishexpats.com/forum/showt...71#post8277271
