I do not like flying either and suffer from anxiety disorder. My psychologist put me on to a programme which is used on the computer and teaches people how to relax and breathe properly. This programme is used for people who are afraid of flying.
Its the best thing its worked for me. I can now lower my hear rate myself and calm myself down.
