Straight forward or not?
I am planning on moving back to the UK from Spain and have some life savings and the money that i have made on selling my property here. Do i just transfer it all to a uk bank account or do i need to be declaring anything to anyone?? HELP!!

No need to declare because the transfer is within EEC.

Do you have an obligation to pay Spanish capital gains tax on any profit (if there is one)?
