Stamps increase

Hi,
Does anyone know if the price of the international stamps to the UK went up from 98c recently?
Thanks

Oh God so did I. Yesterday in fact to a friend who complains if I forget her birthday....which is difficult as we both celebrate on Valentine's day. Bugger, bugger, bugger......

Thanks lansbury for putting a positve twist on this. But going by past experience the post office will return it to me in a few days telling me it has insufficient postage on it. Too late to re-send it, I shall buy a "sorry for forgetting your birthday arse-licking card". Wish I had shares in Hallmark:) If it does get there will she have to pay in pence or cents:unsure:?

Re: Stamps increase

Before the increase DH sent two birthday cards to the UK with 88c instead of 98c postage. Same day, same post office. One got returned for insufficient postage. The other, presumably, went through.

I think sometimes it can depend on who is processing your letter!

The price hike went in about a week into the new year, so it's been a month.

Getting a bit pricey ain't it, with the cost of cards...hmmm....e-card anyone? :D
