Hi there apologies if this has already been covered as I’m sure it has but can anyone give me some recommendations for shipping companies from Australia to UK.
After 24 years in Australia we’ve decided to go live in the UK which is actually a massive deal as I’ve never lived there much as an adult (UK citizen but lived in other countries all my adult life) and my partner is Australian so it’s going to be an exciting adventure. Whilst we are selling most of our furniture and starting afresh we still have lots of personal items and a few household goods we want to take back with us.
We have looked around and thought Movecube with Seven Seas would be our best option but now realise the largest container is not big enough. To avoid paying for multiple Movecubes we thought we could get a larger container to reduce costs but there only seems to be 20ft or larger with other companies. We don’t want to share a container and prefer the ‘you pack and we move the cube for you’ approach.
Does anyone know or have any recommendations of companies with larger cubes/containers but significantly less than 20ft containers?
Thanking you in advance ðŸ˜

Hopefully you realise that even if the largest MoveCube was big enough for you, that would then be loaded with several others into either a 20' or 40' dry freight container, so shared with others in any case.
Here's a handy guide to ISO standard container sizes: https://www.freightforwarderquoteonl...alia/#!/import

Hi yes I’m aware the Movecube gets placed into a larger shared container but I like the fact it is all packed by yourself and sealed before it leaves.
Many thanks for the handy guide.
