Default Shipping costs/TOR

Hello, we have just sold our house in Australia and are moving back to the UK. We are taking about 20 boxes but aren't taking much furniture back, maybe 10m3 in total. Would anyone be happy to share their m3/costs of shipping. Also I've noticed the new requirement for a TOR, is this something we would apply for once we have a shipping list or can we prepare this ourselves.

Thanks

You need to apply for the ToR before shipping, you can apply as soon as you have a shipping list (the removal company can provide you a copy of your survey inventory or you can use your insurance valuation for) or you can create your own shipping list if you prefer. There is a post over on our BE vendor forum explaining all about ToR which might be useful. http://britishexpats.com/forum/overs...ing-uk-894517/

Hope that helps!
