shipping boxes back to the UK?
I don't think I'll have a lot of stuff to ship back other than clothes and small items and will take my personal electronics with me when I fly back.
Because of this thinking to just ship over some moving boxes, would prefer not to deal with the airline for excess baggage and send them ahead of myself moving. I've used sendmybag.com in the past (though not to or from the USA), it looks like it is somewhat more complex and you need to declare what you are sending over. Is there a risk you'll get charged by customs for personal belongings?
A few questions:
* Is there any consensus on what service is best / most affordable to ship belongings over.
* I'm reading that you need "double walled" boxes for them to be accepted to ship, can't see that on any product description of moving boxes here. Any recommendation?
