Sell property or claim visa first!

There are no guarantees or certainities in life. No one can tell you with 100% certainty that you will be approved for a K-1 Visa. Just as no one can say you will be denied.
Sometimes you have to take a chance and do what seems right for you. What you are experiencing is overload and a bad case of insecurity (caused by your health issue). Your disease is not a reason for out and out denial of your K-1. At most it may require that you find private/individual healthcare for a month or two until you are married and are added to your then wife's healthcare policy.

Stop waffling... make a decision... and then move forward with that decision. Will it be the right decision? Probably. Will it be a good decision? Only time will tell. Your endless perturbations are a waste of everyone's time.

It's more likely that no one could be arsed to respond because you yourself can't make a decision. What you do is entirely up to you, and you don't need us to tell you what's best for your situation.

I'm actually going to close this thread, since the OP has his answers.
