Yep, the european journal is what you need coming from a PET's qualifying country and not a pet passport country(europe) aswell as a C5 form(thats Customs and excise) As far as i am aware DEFRA will allow the microchip, rabies vaccination and blood test all on the same day (ASLONG AS IT IS IN THAT ORDER) if the owner can provide previous vaccination certificates.

And by the way if for example you were coming from a non EU country and then moving around the EU i have had it all transcribed into a pets passport for around £20
