Oh I forgot to mention. Kent (Aus) and John Mason (UK) would not go near with a barge pole! Bad news!

The whole removal thing is so inconsistent isn't it?
We used Kent when leaving Oz & have nothing but praise for them. Kent used Bishop's Move over here & they were great too.
Sorry you had a bad experience, it's so hit and miss.
