Pros and cons of moving back.
Well here is my list of pros and cons of moving back to the UK.
PROS UK
Family being close ,we are trying for a family at the moment (not at this very moment of course).
Could be mortgage free , if we returned to our home town (Boston Lincs).
More choice for holidays and cheaper too.
Seasons , yes i work outdoors for a living but the heat here is harder to deal with than the cold.
Shopping , more variety and cheaper.
Belonging , being with like minded people who make the best of what theyve got , and dont believe the hype of everything being great and this is the best place in the world to live.
Christmas.
Pubs , a proper social gathering ,where you meet friends ,see different faces and make new friends, not the same people around a bloody barbie every weekend.
Watching football at a decent hour , yes i do like the AFL and follow the Dockers
,but nothing is as good as the beautifull world game.
CONS UK
I do like waking up with the sun shining
A beautifull beach to walk the dog on weekend mornings and go for a swim within 10 mins drive.
Not seeing the sun for a week.
More in your face bogans , chavs .
Nu Labour , how conned we were .
Living close to a city with a wide choice of restaurants .
Wearing sunscreen all the time .
