Default Persons Married for 4+ years outside UK

Is this still the case in light of new immigration rules and if so does anyone know where if officially states this on the uk border website?

Default Re: Persons Married for 4+ years outside UK

There is no longer any advantage in being married more than 4 years and living outside the UK. The same rules now apply whether a couple has been together 6 months or 20 years abroad.
