Sorry to let you know but you don't qualify anymore under the original
petition.
Your mother as an LPR can only petition for her unmarried children.
As soon as you got married your classification has changed and that
invalidated the petition submitted by your mother for an unmarried child
under 21. The petition died because your condition ceased to fall under the
qualifications of the class of petition filed. Even if you get divorced it's
not possible to revive the dead petition.
However, once your mother becomes a US citizen she could file a new petition
for you under the 3rd Preference Family Sponsored Immigrant petition. New
petition will have a new priority date.
If she does NOT become a US citizen AND you become divorced, it would still
be possible for her to file a NEW petition under the 2nd Preference Family
Sponsored Immigrant petition but, again, it will have a new petition date.
New petition date -new wait time.

If you lie that you become married in hope that the original petition would
still be valid, and you get found out during the investigative process, you
can kiss your immigration dreams goodbye forever!
