As we posters of MBTTUK are always accused of being negative and of the "wrong attitude" I thought I'd try to think of 3 things I actually enjoy about where I'm currently living (Melbourne). These are:

1) Browsing the 2nd hand book stalls at Fed Square followed by a glass of wine at Beer Deluxe

2) Taking the hounds to the special doggy beach and watching them bounce around in the shallows with all their furry friends

3) Summer lunches in historic Williamstown with gorgeous views across the water to the city.

There that's my positivity exhausted

Three things we like...

1. The wildlife.

2. Places to visit.

3. Can't think of a third... kind of sums it up?

1. The fact that most coffee shops serve good lattes
2. That the parking spaces are way bigger than the ones you find in shopping centres back home
3. This is where my DH is. (Perhaps that should have been number 1 ahead of the lattes but one has to get one's priorities right!)

OK, seriously:

The variety of different nationality restaurants.

Price of eating out.

My tailor is great, a Korean lady that uses only English cloth

Hang on, three things we really like...

1. Drivers in Brisbane, I mean, I just love being tail-gated by every Commodore and Ute driver.

2. Stamp duty on everything.

3. The outdoor lifestyle which involves moving from one air-conditioned environment to another.

1. Driving along West Coast Highway with the stunning ocean views.

2. Decent coffee

I concede it's not exactly Covent Garden but I was desperate to think of a 3rd thing

Actually I was referring to the whole word shortening thing. I've been to Freemantle and quite liked it. (once was enough though )

1) Freo. Yep, I'll hold my hands up and admit it!

2) Trigg beach Cafe and the sticky date pudding.

3) Driving along West Coast highway with the ocean looking so blue.

2. winter weather in Qld. When it gets cold at night...

3. Kookaburras.......just look so fluffy and cuddly sitting on my fence.

2. The Glasshouse Mountains
3. Daughter in her below knee school uniform
