To movo back or not to move

Is this the WORST time to move back to the UK???
We have lived in Singapore for the last 7 years, and have (kinda) decided to move back. We sold our condo, and have the cash sitting in the bank. BUT: worried about UK financial situation, Asia being the future etc.

I think this a bad time to move, period. When jobs are scarce everywhere, it usually makes sense to stay put where you have a work history, security and stability. Obviously, individual situations differ, and individual needs may outweigh the economic situation, but your question was straightforward so my answer is the same. Stay put unless you have very good reasons not to. Your "kinda" seems to indicate not.
