Default Moving back to UK / NHS question

Hi. I moved my family to Australia about a year ago but have to come back to London for 6 months for work reasons. Rather than go into a rental agreement I have a long term Airbnb booked. I have a toddler so want to ensure we are registered with a GP from arrival, but they all need proof of address. As it's an Airbnb I can't get my phone bill/bank statements sent there. I am a UK passport holder.
I can't find much info online, there is a visiting resident option on the NHS site but that is just for 3 months or less which doesn't work for me. Just wondering if anyone else has had this situation and if there is a way around it?

You should not have any problem registering with a GP. If you are asked for proof of residence, you have your AirBnB booking.

But you may encounter a difficulty if you need hospital treatment, other than emergency, during your stay, because you are not ordinarily resident. It might be advisable to take out some insurance cover for your stay.
