Oh yes we came back in July, we left UK on our US passports or they won't let you on the plane (you have to have a VWP in your passport or something) then we enter US on US passports too, they never gave us a second glance. Except to ask if we had more than Chocolate and tea bags in my suitcase

Main thing is that when you check in you have to show proof that you can be admitted to whatever country you are heading for - whether its a valid visa or whatever. If the airline lets you on without checking, and you get refused entry due to not having a valid visa, the airline has to bar the cost of carrying you back AND gets fined into the bargain.

Thanks for the info. I should be ok since I have a valid US and a valid British passport, right? If that's the case then that's fine.
