Mortgage lender good with partner still on further leave to remain
Hello,
Can anyone recommend a mortgage lender who will lend to us whilst my partner is still on a further leave to remain visa? I've heard that some lenders won't lend or will reduce the percentage/loan-to-value for people on this visa.
I am a British citizen with no restrictions.
My partner will be applying for indefinite leave to remain in May 2024.
