CaliforniaBride is right, www.upmystreet.com is the most comprehensive site to buy/rent and measure services across UK.

I buy / sell props in East Midlands and Anglia for rental and sale ....
This is NOT the time to be buying at all.

Rent for a year or two at least, properties in the Midlands are set to fall 10 - 30% depending on factors IE New city builds, BTL losing money and interest rates.
