There's certainly no problem with the fertility rates here though. Thanks to the governments brilliant policy of paying teenage girls to drop out of school and get pregnant instead of getting educated and earning a living, we're right in the middle of a huge baby boom!
I just hope the government has remembered to set aside enough money to not only pay the baby bonus to all the teenage mums, but to also cover the costs of the state funded hotel accommodation and nannies these kids will need in a few years time, and of course the massive medical and psychological bills they will need in adulthood.
I'm sure they have though, and if not, well they'll just have to think up some more stealth taxes to impose on the few remaining decent hard working people whilst of course claiming to lower taxes every few years.
That formula seems to have worked so far anyhow, or am I just getting a little bit cynical as time goes on?

I have to say that I have never in my life seen so many pregnant women - they are everywhere!!! I used to think it was just something in the water but with the explanation of the baby bonus and the fact that sex is probably the most interesting thing to do in Perth, I guess I was wrong

With obvious high levels of premature ejaculators they get pregnant even quicker.
Could someone explain the nasal delivery technique to me
