Letter of Complaint
I've just sent a strongly worded letter of complaint to Kelloggs. My daughter was having Frosted Mini Wheats for breakfast and found a huge chunk of the frosting that weighed over 3oz! In the letter I pointed out that I am now short more than one serving of actual cereal. I also mentioned that since the lump doesn't look like Jesus or the Virgin Mary it is of absolutely no use to me.

Calling their 800# instead of writing a letter might have ensured a more instant gratification.

At any rate, at least they don't have a raisin hidden inside. WTF were Kellogg's UK thinking of a few years back??

Yes, you will get several coupons for both free boxes and cents off.
I've written many of these letters over the years, always with a touch of humour, and have always been satisfied with the results from the manufacturers.

Joycee just got $1600 kite from an Insurance company after chipping her tooth in a restaurant
