Just wanted you to know....

....the clocks went forward last night and it is now 5pm here in the UK and the sun is still high in the sky drying my washing!!
After all the cold of the last couple of weeks it has been a beautiful spring day here in Dorest - we have been in the garden in our T-shirts and we've just had tea and cakes outside on our new garden furniture!!!
There's no doubt the weather in the UK can be very unreliable and completely crap at times but I have to say on a day like to day I know I was so right to 'come home.'

Yes I know what you mean!! Here in Kent its a lovely day, i have put the sunday roast on, and we are just gonna take doggies for an evening stroll, I love these lighter nights and we can get out in the garden and do stuff. Ive even turned the central heating off!! Boots fairs have started (how sad) and we went to the coast this morning (only sheppey) but it was lovely kids had ice cream and we drove all round, just nice to do different stuff

Glad you are happy Pommy Bird its been worth it hasnt it

The weather today in Perth has taken a dramatic change. From 5 months of hot sun to a mild 23 with rain, rain, rain and thunder
it's great! So refreshing....feels like the good old days.
