OH and I used to go to Newquay on the razzle before we had kids...a great place to go. Can't remember if it was grotty, I was too shloshed
Chichester is a lovely place...it gets a bit mad with the holiday traffic but hey. Not going to complain about that anymore because it will be so nice to be back.
Chichester has a great pasty shop called West Cornwall Pasty Co...so we have a little bit of Cornwall in Chichester. They make delicious steak and stilton pasties...heaven!!! In fact that is one of the first places I'm heading

Please, please stop this....I am fed up the week and this is like salt in the wound....I showed a lady some pictures a while ago and she said oh what a lovely beach and I said yes it was taken in Newquay about 17 years ago..it was a glorious week (in July) the water was just a beautiful clear blue and lovely the beaches were really clean....she did not beleive me..being an Australian she thought all our beaches would be grotty...and I said there are beaches around the world like this and not just here in Aus......we have had glorious times in Cornwall, Devon etc.....even went to the east coast of England in April this year and people were surfing....I have pictures to prove it!!! now I am really homesick.......
