Question Indefinite leave to stay in UK

Hi all,


I have a quesion.COnsider a case I come to UK with my wife and son both are UK passport holders.After less than 6 months me and my wife break down our marraige.May I apply for an indefinite leave to stay based on my special case to be with my son regardless of my ex-wife desire?
notice that my son is just 5 and he can not make support me leagaly!
