And when trying to get some word documents printed, a guy at the printers said, 'We do specialist work here but I can take it home tonight and do it for you free of charge.'

There's more litter than I'm used to but I take a bag out with me and clean up when I'm walking. Yes, I look like a nutter but the bus stop is nice and clean now!

Best Christmas wishes Bee. x
Thanks for the Christmas wishes Lillybilly, you too and I bet this will be your best ever with your UK family and now your own little family with baby, this will be my very last Christmas in the heat, from now on it will be Bing Crosby and his snowy White Christmases and Nat King Cole and chestnuts roasting around an open fire...........

Loving your Brit humour, you have to be away from it to know how much you miss it, kinda like the country itself.

Hi Lilybilly and family...nice to hear you made it back to England.

I too love the choice and amazed at the prices of food and the variety...

The weather has been a shock..never known England to have two years running with snow at winter. But it has been great to be back and I feel that I am back to my happy self and able to laugh and joke with my family and friends.

I think the key to enjoying living in England is ...NOT to read the daily mail or watch the news or daft documentaries on TV..they will suck the life out of you.

I wish you a lovely christmas and I am certain the new year will bring you lots of opportunities.

I am so happy for you, that you are home now! Wow was that three months of travel, I bet for you it seemed ages seems like yesterday you set off.
I had 8 weeks there and found the people very friendly and yes was shocked at how cheaply you can eat, even eating out was a good deal, so many offers BOGO dinner etc.
have a wonderful Christmas home with your family!
