Hi Taniae
We have been in NZ for nearly 4 years. My husband is a fully UK qualified plumber /gasfitter.
If his drainlaying qual is through the NZ PGDB then he should look to have his qualifications assessed.
He would do that through NARIC
He may also want to look at the JIB-PMES cards for working on-site.
Ignore the above if he is UK qualified.

hi hubby is now back in the Uk, he seems to think you would be best looking at the refinerys either at Immingham or Killingholme expecially if he has his Dangerous goods endorsements. Their are already afew refinerys but before we left the Uk, their was lots of talk about a big new refinery being built at Nrth Killingholme.
Sorry i carn't be more help..........but if you need any info on that area of nrth linc's PM me Best of Luck

Its ok, i lived in nrth linc's all my life just about.........by afew mths here and their.
We know how frustrating it is to get the right info off the net, expecially as we are all individuals
Think you'll find most of these companies have their own web sites..with job vacancy links.
Thats what OH did at xmas, just emailed the companies direct and had 5 job offers in a week.
