I think what I miss here is the collective off work and mentality that goes with it - i.e. where 99% of your friends and family are having a long weekend, too - so its good cause for get togethers, events, trips out, mini holidays, etc. Even if you put your foot down here and take the time off yourself, everyone else is still working, so its just not quite the same.

They have an on-site bakery. More pies, tarts, sausage rolls, buns, pork pies, Cornish pasties and cakes as well as an imported British food store and tea room.
