Going through visa process back home!!!
I feel like things have been going non stop since last July.
I could not bring my hybrid cat with me as zoo quarantine was required by the UK so in October we did a 2100 mile round trip to North Caroline to take him to a specialist sanctuary.
My daughter became pregnant with her fourth so after I retired from work at the end of December I flew home December 10 leaving my husband and dogs behind.
Right after Christmas I started house hunting and found a lovely home to rent in a great area for us and the three dogs. I got the keys January 31st.
By February 25th we had enough pension evidence to apply for category E. We have already received an email saying the application is being processed pending documentation and UPS say that will arrive tomorrow.
My husband is in the process of winding down our rented house in the USA and selling everything he will be out of there at the end of the month and stay with a friend until he is able to travel here.
This whole business has been enormously stressful to us. By the time we finally get back together and he is working and we are settled this process will have taken a year. Really exhausted.
However all being well I do get a new grandson next Wednesday!
