phew ... i was thinking that you are picking on me. I think we will have a problem trying to find a property in that area. My husband been contacting alot of agents for Durham and no one come back yet so far

From Doha? With the way the markets are here atm, both sale and rental, unless you're in a position to kinda go straight away agencies will put you to the bottom of the pile. =(
