Flew my cat over with me back in 1999, only cost a small fee, had to
have a rabies shot,and a certificate from vet a few dys before flight
to say he was fit to fly..I flew on AA, but they do have a first come
first served thing for animals,even if you book your animal in first

Totally off topic, but as a warning, if the dog hasn't been on vit-c before, try experimenting with the dosage a few weeks before the flight. There is such a thing as bowel tolerance on Vit-C for dogs.

Also, if possible, use ester-C, intead of regular vitamin C. Easier on the dog's tummy.
