Hi
Just wondering how many Brits would love a few (only a few in cities) clothes shops in OZ.......

[QUOTE=northernbird;6593306]I would love a Next for the kids.[/QUOTE
I have just done a order from Next for summer (for my boys) and my Mum is sending it by boat, it is going to take 12 weeks
How sad am I.

I can't justify the cost to be honest. If i spend 500 quid (which is quite easy to do for me) that is a $1000. I could buy years worth of clothes here for that, yes they aren't as nice or good quality but I have better things to spend my money on. In the summer both mine live in bathers anyway and my eldest is getting into the surf brands now so Next is uncool

Well, the kids have to wear something decent, whether it takes 12 weeks or not
My lads stress about trousers and tracky bottoms. I just cant find a good pair of pants for them..............

I got my brother to bring tracky bottoms and sports tops (for my eldest son) over with him when he visited last November.
It cost me £189 approx $400 but I feel its cheaper in the long run, as to date apart from trainers and under wear I haven't had to buy him anything in 8 months. The clothes here in oz are just cheap and nasty!!

Oh yes and I also really miss Sports Soccer for my two boys, got some fantastic Lonsdale T shirts and track suit bottoms for under a fiver and their Lonsdale trainers are never more than £20.
Really wish I had stocked up more before we came here.
Hoping husband has to go to Europe for a training course one day soon and it will be via Heathrow so he will have a near empty suitcase and a very full shopping list!!
