British Degrees
Hi,
Are British Bachelors (3 yrs) and Masters (1 yr) degrees considered to be equivalent of the American BS and MS degrees for the purpose of immigration (EB2 etc.). Thanks a lot.

Yes, a british 3-year degree is accepted by the USCIS as equivalent to a US 4-year degree. It is important, however, to have an Academic Equivalency Evaluation which can then be submitted as part of your visa application. I'm not entirely sure about the Masters, but would assume the same- yes, supported by an Academic Equivalency Evaluation.

You can get your UK degrees evaluated by services such as Wes.org.
