Accidents happen, I would like to think my girls would be married before becoming a mummy but I would certainly be extremly pissed if my one of my girls got preggers at 15 and didn't know who the daddy was!

Accidents do happen...but I don't class getting pregnant and not knowing who the father is an accident.

My mum as an open toed type hippy midwife, and I lived my young years hearing about her mums, the birth ect in graphic detail! but the thing she really force home to me was the 12, 13 14 year old mums she felt without exception they didn't know what sex was, actually led to and then in a few tragic cases the parents made their daughters feel soo worthless, they actually, made self-fulfilliing prophecy, so they did become the local bike! my mum said to me at the end of my sex ed talk at 11 (at least3 hours I was gnawing the table in bordom!), little late as I had had periods for a year! "if you are worried you a pregnant even now please tell me, I am not guaranteeing that I won't hit the roof, but when I come down! we will discuss it in a calm way and do what you want." that was a point in my life, it stuck in the 3 hour lecture my mum said how nice sex was, and about zigots, ect!
took till nearly 20 to have sex and even then safe sex, 2 maybe three condoms... just kidding! but from my experience maybe the more open you are the less likily your childen will disappoint? I eventually had my boys at 34 and happy as larry, don't miss being you and haven't got old yet!!! although bordering! hope this make sence??

Zygot! thank for the link! can you imagine remembering anything from 11 that vividly? well I do! she went in to everything! but as I sais I was a late late starter compared to my friends, so maybe the more open and indepth the discusion the less likely a child will make a mistake! even now I know teenagers who think you can't get pregant the first time you have sex!!!
