If you are talking about Canada Pension Plan, then nothing in the docs regarding this.
Getting attendance allowance does depend on circumstances and you'll need an assessment.

Thank you. I know it's hard to get AA but I'll fill out the form. It's just that someone who advises on this for a living told me no but the section she quoted seems to refer to EU benefits.
