Any Poms Selling their Homes in Perth-Serious
Just wondering if anyone is selling their home or wants to sell it end of this year beginning of next in Perth Area.
With the market so slow and prices dropping maybe some good mutual business transactions available here.
Also I have a uk home for sale if anyone is interested, for your information, my home is worth £20k less than it was last December so you will be moving into a good buyers market, but its all relative if your houses have dropped in Aus too.

Friend of mine selling double story in Kingsley around July -August time.Pool not sure on price proberbly mid $600000.
