We have been In Perth, Australia seven years now and enough is enough.
Can anyone please advise on things we need to do here before we leave, things you more than likely forget to do once back.
Thank you for reading my thread.

Hi,
We moved back from Perth nearly 5 years ago now, anything you need to know just ask. Are you bringing furniture back? open a bank account in the UK before you leave Aus (that is if you do not have a UK bank account) Good luck with everything

Ask car insurance co for proof of no claims
As above, open a bank account before you leave. We went through HSBC and arrived in the Uk with Ukip bank account, cheque book, debit and credit cards
Get copies of: medical records, dental records, optical records, vet records.
Arrive with a couple of months worth of any prescription medicines for you and any pets
Work out the max you can take as carry on luggage and think about what you will need/want to go with you.

I think there was an almost identical thread to this one about a month ago.
Have you seen the sticky/Wiki at the top of the page? It has a lot of useful information.
Might be useful to add a "To Do" list of things to do if you are coming back, and add to the Wiki.

everything posted above
I believe it will be similar to the settlement issues that you may have had to deal with when you emigrated, although, I would expect it to be easier moving back to your roots, especially since you've been away only seven years.
Good luck
