Default Adjective that best describes an Aussie

Aussies love to use the phrase "whinging Pom" when anybody from UK says anything even vaguely critical about Oz.

So, to redress the balance, anybody got any suggestions for a snappy, put-down term that best describes the average Aussie?

That's just an Aussie lifestyle choice

What have kangaroos ever done to deserve that?

Tres amusant

But it reminds me of "mediocre" - another apt adjective
