Default Accessing Natwest.com

Is anybody else having trouble accessing natwest.com or nwolb.com? I haven't been able to get to the site for the past few days and I need to pay my credit card bill! Any suggestions as to what the problem could be?

Have you tried clearing your browser's cache and cookies? Also, it may be worth trying a different browser (Firefox or Opera if you use IE).

If you put our passwords in wrong 3 times in a row, they suspend your account and need to phone them to get it reset.

Speaking from stupexperience.

Absolutely right. I have had no problems with them either. They do up-date the system at 2am GMT every weekday but it only takes about 30 mins then you are clear to go.
